The ifarmwell website has been designed by Australian farmers.  To access the online toolkit (which is divided into 5 short & interactive modules) aimed to help Australian farmers cope effectively with life’s challenges and get the most out of every day, click the link below: 

Farmer Hat is a free online self-assessment tool developed to promote a safe farming culture and healthy personal behaviours. The user-friendly resource has been designed to help farmers identify their health, wellbeing and safety risks on farms, it takes 10-15 minutes to complete and can be completed from home or on-farm either individually or as part of a group.

Click here to register and start the assessment.  It will guide you through a series of questions relating to your health, wellbeing, lifestyle behaviours, and farm safety practices.

Head to Health provided by the Australian Department of Health can help you find digital mental health services from some of Australia’s most trusted mental health organisations. The website brings together apps, online programs, online forums, and phone services, as well as a range of digital information resources. Whether you are trying to improve your own sense of wellbeing, looking for help with something that is bothering you, or helping someone you care about—Head to Health is a good place to start.

Financial support during financial hardship: Call 132 850 to discuss your circumstances with the Department of Human Services or call 132 300 to make an appointment with a Financial Information Service (FIS) Officer. Call 132 850 the Social workers can provide short-term counselling, support, and information to help you through a difficult time and refer you to other support services.
